Does SignArts sell and ship the book?
The seller identified on the book and order does. SignArts is the intermediary platform that supports contracting, payment, appointments, dedication generation and case tracking.
Do I need an account?
Browsing is public. An account is required to purchase, book, download private files or request author and professional access.
Can the dedication be for another person?
Yes. The buyer and dedication recipient are separate fields, and you may add short instructions for the author.
Is the signature pre-made?
No. The author writes on screen during the session or combines typed text with a handwritten signature, then reviews the result before approval.
Are video calls recorded?
No. Recording is disabled. Group participants may see and hear one another, while each dedication and delivery remains separate.
What if the connection fails?
The writing canvas keeps a local draft and retries synchronisation. An incomplete dedication is not delivered.
Can an author use SignArts without their publisher?
Yes. Author access is personal and does not require the publisher to have a SignArts workspace.
Who is responsible for physical delivery?
The seller or fulfilment party shown for that edition. In a direct author sale, the author is responsible for delivery.
How do I report a problem?
Open Help and incidents from your account so the case is linked to the relevant order or appointment and receives a stable reference.
